[Group Program] Spring Meditation Program 'Mindfulness, here and now, as you are'
Do you know meditation is good for you, but haven’t started because you don’t know how to learn it?
You can’t sleep… you can’t focus… so you turn to YouTube meditation videos for peace of mind. Do you try meditation apps but don’t know if you’re doing it right or what to do if it doesn’t work on your own?
It’s easy to follow, even if you’re new to meditation. You don’t have to worry about being too religious.
Introducing “Mindfulness, Here and Now, as you are” a meditation program created by KAIST’s Institute of Meditation Science.

– Session 4: Creativity (tea meditation, movement awareness, breath awareness)
